This was on Judge Beckloff's door yesterday, so nothing happened in Court. As you can read, a motion to seal court records for John Branca's request to act alone against Tohme Tohme was supposed to be discussed, but judge has set a new hearing on January 15. A motion to SEAL court records: the crooks want to keep private their frauds on Michael's back and to the detriment of his children.
C'era questo ieri sulla porta del giudice Beckloff, perciò non è successo niente in tribunale. Come potete leggere, era prevista la discussione di una mozione per mettere sotto sigillo i documenti della richiesta di John Branca di agire da solo contro Tohme Tohme, ma il giudice ha fissato una nuova udienza per il 15 gennaio. Una mozione per SIGILLARE i documenti: i truffatori vogliono tenere private le loro frodi sulla pelle di Michael e a scapito dei suoi figli.

Non so se ricordate ma c'erano questo mese, diverse udienze programmate. In effetti nell'immagine si legge.. Seal Court Records, quindi una mozione per richiedere il sigillo della documentazione.

"Dr." (?) Thome Thome & Atty. John Branca were both suppose to make an appearance this morning. They did NOT show up. 8:30 am Beckloffs doors were locked. Something was going on in Secret inside, the calendar posted indicated Atty. Branca was to be there IN PERSON. But he was not, at least not visibly there. It was continued to a future date. Thursday, tomorrow, Two men from the Middle east are scheduled and they are suing Atty John Branca, PERSONALLY, not as executor of the Estate. They want an "audit". and they want some money $ they lent to Saint Michael Jackson, and they claim Ramone Bain had something to do with it, and she is suppose to be in Court Thursday at 1:30 pm . This is more likely going to be far more interesting that the Safechuck / Robson allegations which will likely go no where but to a continuance into Jan. February, March, & April, running up lawyer fees for some future "out of court settlement" which will undoubtedly provide generous payment of all Lawyers fees from all sides as part of the "settlement". If ever Thomas Mesereau & Susan Yu were needed, it is now, at this time to defend Saint Michael Jackson, & his legacy, & his children's inheritance,… but it is not likely to happen, unfortunately.

Probate Court room ( stanza del giudice Beckloff) in L.A.
Il "Dr." (?) Thome Thome & John Branca avrebbero dovuto comparire questa mattina. Non si sono presentati. Alle 08,30 le porte della stanza ove era prevista l'udienza erano chiuse. Qualcosa li dentro stava accadendo, il calendario pubblicato indicava la presenza di Branca. Ma non c'era o almeno nessuno l'ha visto. Il tutto sembra essere stato spostato ad una data futura(15 gennaio). Giovedi, domani ( oggi per noi, ricordate la differenza di fuso), un altro reclamo è previsto e che vede sempre Branca in qualità di attore principale e non come esecutore testamentario ( potete leggere qui il reclamo di cui si parla). Vogliono indietro soldi che dicono di aver prestato a Michael Jackson, e sostengono che Raymone Bain( ex manager di Michael) aveva a che fare con questa storia, e lei è attesa in tribunale alle 13,30 di giovedì. Questi reclami è probabile che siano molto più interessanti che non le querele di Safechuck/Robson( che molto probabilmente non arriveranno da nessuna parte), e che continueranno ad andare invece avanti per mesi e mesi per magari poi concludersi con qualche strana " transazione extra giudiziaria", che senza ombra di dubbio porterà ancor più lucrose parcelle a tutti gli avvocati coinvolti. Se c'è un momento nel quale Thomas Mesereau e Susan Yu sarebbero necessari è adesso, in questo momento per difendere San Michael Jackson, e la sua eredità, e l'eredità dei suoi figli, ... ma è altamente improbabile che questo accada. Purtroppo"
