La sincera lettera di Jocy Ma a Michael
Caro Michael,
Le parole non possono descrivere quanto ci manchi, quanto ci sei sempre mancato da quando ci hai fatto quella sorpresa magicamente grande, sappiamo quanto amavi le sorprese!!. Mi ricordo che noi undici eravamo seduti tutti insieme in un cinema nella tua Neverland a guardare il tuo cortometraggio “Ghosts”. Poco prima che il film finisse, sei improvvisamente scomparso davanti a tutti… il tuo amore per la magia ha sempre donato felicità a moltissimi bambini, non dimenticheremo mai la tua gentilezza e la tua ospitalità.
E non dimenticheremo mai il tuo ultimo concerto a Durban in Sudafrica il 15 ottobre 1997,l’ultima tappa del tuo History Tour . ( Non avrei mai pensato che sarebbe stato l’ultimo concerto della tua vita).
Ti stavi truccando dietro le quinte per prepararti per lo spettacolo quando hai guardato nello specchio e hai visto le mie gemelle Prety e Morly, alle quali avevi detto addio pochi giorni prima all’aeroporto, riapparire nel tuo camerino. Eri così sorpreso, la tua espressione sembrava esattamente quella di Macaulay Culkin in “Mamma ho perso l’aereo”, “WOW”. Ti sei alzato dalla sedia, timidamente ti sei coperto il viso con le mani,facendo sciogliere così il trucco che ti avevano appena messo….
Per la tua ultima canzone “History”, hai invitato sul palco le mie fortunate gemelle per terminare il concerto e poi hai detto addio ai centinaia di migliaia di spettatori del tuo live e a tutti i fans del mondo. Nessuno sapeva che questa sarebbe stata la tua ultima chiamata, il tuo ultimo sipario- la Fine. È diventata “HIStory”.
Mi sento particolarmente triste in questo momento, sto guardando le foto di quel concerto. Prety e Morly erano con te sul palco. Tu sorridevi, indossavi la tua giacca preferita, quella militare, bianca. Salutavi tutti. Quella era la tua ultima apparizione sul palco.
Mio Signore, stiamo pregando sinceramente per il nostro amato King Of Pop, Michael Jackson che adesso è nelle tue mani sicure. La sua purezza, la sua bontà, il suo amore e la sua bella risata resteranno con lui, con la tua Benedizione, fa che adesso sia per sempre libero dalle preoccupazioni e dai dolori di questo mondo e che sia libero di essere il vero Peter Pan a Neverland.
Caro Michael, stavamo pensando di farti un’altra sorpresa venendoti a trovare a Londra per la festa del papà e per il tuo 51° compleanno. Ricordi la nostra parola in codice per poterti incontrare: “ Tu sai ballare?” ridevi così forte quando la sentivi!!
Riposa ora, tutti quelli che ti hanno amato stanno pregando per la tua famiglia, per tua madre Katherine e soprattutto per i tuoi figli Prince, Paris e Blanket.
Vogliamo ringraziarti per il tuo amore sincero e per tutti i ricordi meravigliosi che ci hai lasciato, nonostante il dolore e la sofferenza per la tua perdita, sarai per sempre nei nostri cuori.
Ci mancherai sempre. I tuoi amici di famiglia in Taiwan.

Ps: Mentre, sopraffatta dalle emozioni, scrivevo questa lettera, sono stata attraversata da un brivido improvviso perché ho sentito un profumo molto familiare nell’aria, era il tuo profumo preferito… l’ho sentito davvero.
Non dobbiamo essere tristi, come ci hai detto una volta, non avresti mai voluto che le persone che ti amavano fossero tristi per te. Speriamo che tu sia veramente libero adesso. Riposa in pace Michael!

Dear Michael,
Words can not even begin to describe how much we've missed you, ever since that moment that you magically gave us a big surprise, we know you love surprises! Remember that once we were all sitting together in your movie theatre in Neverland watching your MV "Ghost". Just before the movie finished you suddenly disappeared in front of everyone, your love of magic always brought the kids lots of happiness, we'll never forget your kindness and hospitality.
We will also never forget your performance in Durban South Africa on 15 October,1997, the last concert of your History tour. (Never thought that it would be your last ever performance!)
You were having your make up backstage getting ready for the show, as you looked up in the mirror, you saw the twins Prety and Morly that you had said goodbye to a few hours ago at the airport, reappear at your make-up room. You were so surprised, your expression was exactly like Macaulay Culkin in 'Home Alone', " WOW! " You jumped out of your chair, shy with your hands covering your face, you had only just applied the make up…
The last song "History", you invited the lucky twins onstage with you to end the concert and said your farewell to hundred of thousands of the live audience, and all the fans around the world. No one knew this was going to be your final curtain call - The End. It became History.
Feeling particularly sad at this moment, looking at the concert photos that you sent us in the past. You led Prety and Morly's on stage to end the show. A smile on your face, in your favourite white military jacket, waving goodbye to everyone, it turned out to be your last appearance on stage.
My Lord, we sincerely pray to you that our beloved King of Pop, Michael Jackson is in your safe hands. His purity, kindness, humbleness, love and his beautiful laughter will remain with him, with your blessing, he is forever free from worries and pain in this world, and is free to be the real Peter Pan in Neverland.
Dear Michael, we were planning to give you another surprise at the London O2 show before Father's day and your 51st birthday. Remember our secret password for meeting you: "can you dancing?" you may be laughing out loud hearing it!
Rest now, everyone who loved you will pray for your family and your mother Katherine and especially your children Prince, Paris, Blanket. We sincerely thank you for your sincere love and all the wonderful memories you left us, despite our grief and pain of losing you, you will forever be in our hearts.

We shouldn't be sad, as you once said, you would never wanted anyone who cared for you to be sad. We hope you are truly free now. Rest in peace Michael!
