Accuses Jermaine Jackson

Katherine Jackson's nephew Trent Lamar Jackson has accused her son Jermaine of masterminding the elder abuse case against him.
The 86-year-old obtained a restraining order against Trent, who worked as her driver and looked after finances and wellbeing, in February (17) after she claimed he was "an abusive con man" who had been emotionally abusing her and trying to take control of her money for years.
He denied the claims on the Crime Stories With Nancy Grace podcast in February, and has now filed new legal documents, claiming Katherine's son Jermaine, the brother of the late Michael Jackson, was behind the whole case.
In the documents, which were obtained by TMZ.com, Trent and his lawyer Ron Rale share their doubts over whether Katherine, who didn't appear in court, actually wrote the declaration herself and whether she has any idea what is going on while she's in London.
Trent recalls an alleged incident in 2012 when Katherine disappeared and went to Arizona and Jermaine and his siblings allegedly stopped her from using electronics so she couldn't contact anybody, which Trent believes was an attempt to take control away from him, which is part of their plan to control the Michael Jackson estate. He is convinced they are doing the same thing again while Katherine is in London visiting her daughter Janet following the birth of her child in January (17).
Trent wants a judge to either dismiss the case or force Katherine to appear in court. He believes if she appears Katherine will back him.
Katherine was named a beneficiary of Michael's multi-million dollar estate along with his three children and various charities following his death in 2009.

Trent ricorda il presunto incidente , avvenuto nel 2012, quando Katherine scmparve portata da Jermaine e i suoi fratelli in Arizona, senza avere alcuna possibilità di contattare l'esterno ,Trent ritiene che già quello fosse un tentativo di portarla lontano da lui , e come parte del loro piano di prendere il controllo della MJ Estate. E' convinto stia facendo la stessa cosa,nel mentre Katherine è a Londra in visita alla figlia Janet dopo la nascita del suo bambino nel mese di gennaio .
Trent chiede al Giudice di archiviare il caso o imponga a Katherine di comparire in tribunale. E' convinto che se Katherine si presenterà negherà qualsiasi accusa contro di lui.
Katherine è una dei beneficiari del patrimonio di Michael con i suoi tre figli e varie associazioni di beneficienza.
