Michael Jackson Victim of Fame – The Truth Behind the Lies
This year Divine Varod will release a book on Michael Jackson from a more psychological point of view. Focusing on details forgotten or ignored over the years and also looking into how the media was able to influence peoples opinion on him over the years.
“Hate” journalism; the demonizing of certain celebrities for no other reason then simple bias, igniting racism, and/or anti-Semitism, simple dislike for a person or simply for sales is nothing new. This kind of low rent practice has always been around. But media moguls never realized how much money they could make from it, until the rise of Michael Jackson. Was the media bad before his rise, they became vultures after, often singling out a special target to victimize.
The way Michael and (his his family as well) have been displayed in the media is appalling. The world turned them into cartoon characters to laugh at and ridicule and most people seemed to believe even the most bizarre accusation.
The true facts have been ignored, buried, forgotten or hidden between so many lies that they became invisible.
Over the years Divine Varod published many columns defending Michael and his family, separating fact from fiction. Still, we felt the story has become so twisted by now, that a more indent approach was needed to untangle it all.
Some of the things we will look at include:
When did the smear campaign against him start? What was his real relation with his family? How did the media use his health problems against him? Exploring aspects of his character the media and biographers ignored in attempts to make him appear “fragile and bizarre”.
The book will answer various questions that many fans, casual fans and even people with just a slight interest in Michael Jackson have been wondering about for years.

Quest'anno Divine Varod pubblicherà un libro su Michael Jackson da un punto di vista più psicologico. Concentrandosi su dettagli dimenticati o ignorati nel corso degli anni ed esaminando anche come i media sono stati in grado di influenzare l'opinione pubblica su di lui nel corso degli anni.
"Odio" il giornalismo; la demonizzazione di alcune celebrità per nessun altro motivo se non la semplice distorsione, alimentando il razzismo, e/o l'anti-semitismo, la semplice antipatia per una persona o il mero desiderio di vendere non sono una novità. Questo genere di pratica di bassa lega è sempre stata in giro. Ma i magnati dei media non si sono mai resi conto di quanti soldi avrebbero potuto fare con ciò, fino a quando non c'è stata l'ascesa di Michael Jackson. C'erano media cattivi anche prima della sua ascesa, ma dopo sono diventati avvoltoi, spesso individuando un bersaglio speciale da perseguitare.
Il modo in cui Michael e (nonché la sua famiglia) sono stati mostrati nei media è spaventoso. Il mondo li ha trasformati in personaggi dei cartoni animati da deridere e ridicolizzare e la maggior parte della gente sembrava credere anche all'accusa più bizzarra.
La verità dei fatti è stata così ignorata, sepolta, dimenticata o nascosta in mezzo a tante bugie che è diventata invisibile.
Nel corso degli anni Divine Varod ha pubblicato molti articoli in difesa di Michael e la sua famiglia, separando la realtà dalla finzione. Tuttavia, abbiamo visto come la storia è diventata così contorta, ormai, che un approccio più rientrato era necessario per districare il tutto.

Why my book on Michael Jackson has been delayedPosted on 2014/04/29 by DrDCohen
Late last year I announced that my book on Michael Jackson: “Michael Jackson Victim of Fame – The Truth Behind the Lies” would be released either
December 2013 or at latest February 2014.
Unfortunately as you might have noticed, this deadline was not been reached.
What happened?
Well, as always: Life has a nasty habit of creeping in on your work.
But also – and much more important: I am awaiting proof on some important info that would be VERY stupid to ignore.
As soon as all the info has been gathered I hope to get back on track and have the book released on September 29.

Alla fine dell'anno scorso ho annunciato che il mio libro su Michael Jackson: "Michael Jackson Vittima della Fama - la verità dietro le bugie" sarebbe stato rilasciato a Dicembre 2013 o al più tardi nel febbraio 2014.
Purtroppo, come avrete notato, tale termine non è stato stato rispettato.
Cosa è successo?
Bene, come al solito: la vita ha la pessima abitudine di insinuarsi nel tuo lavoro.
Ma anche - e molto più importante: sto aspettando la conferma di alcune importanti informazioni che sarebbe molto stupido ignorare.
Non appena tutte le informazioni saranno state raccolte spero di tornare in pista e avere il libro in uscita per il 29 settembre.

How writing a book on Michael Jackson became more than I bargained forPosted on 2014/10/16 by DrDCohen
Last year I decided that I should write a book on Michael Jackson. Why? Because, I felt -despite the multitude of ink and paper spend on writing about one of the most famous man in recent history- there had never been a book that went beyond the tabloid caricature created by the media.
As a decades long fan, and a psychologist in touch with people close to him, I knew that what was written was less then a fraction of the truth. I could also remember the years before the 1990’s, where the media seemed to report completely different stories about him.
Having already uncovered hidden truths about Michael for my blog, and being an adapt at researching, I felt it would be a piece of cake to collect what really happened and present it to the fans in book-form in no time at all.
Well, no. More then a year to the date, I am still uncovering more and more hidden facts and each time the things I find surprise me more and more.
There is the endless lies and cover ups by the media, the lack of research by previous biographers (preferring Michael in the role the media had cast him in,) and then Michael himself.
Without giving anything away, I can say that researching this book uncovered a completely new image to me of a man I knew for my entire life. Not the image created by the media, not the person painted by greedy parents in 1993 and 2005 and not even the person he often presented to the world himself, but a brand new person I had to get to get used to.
Soon I realised I had to cast all I thought I always knew aside and start from scratch. What I found does even more conclusively prove that every allegation against Michael has been a lie. It also discredits all the so called “witnesses” and “experts” that are glorified by the tabloids. It redeems all those who were truly close to him, that reported facts that the media ignored, because it did not fit their ideal of Michael, the bizarre childlike asexual alien. (An image created by some of the more manipulative and evil in Michael’s camp in tandem with certain tabloids.)
The more I write, the more I research, talked and found. It has become clear that we AND Michael have been lied to and manipulated for decades, and that those out to get him were present LONG before 1993. It was as if the truth was waiting for me, as if Michael was leading me to find that what he had wanted the world to know. All this, though has set the deadline back considerably and taken over my life in a big way.
Still I am very happy that my suspicions were right: there was a hidden Michael the media refused to let us see. A Michael he himself had wanted us to see, but was manipulated into thinking he should hide. It is sad how this hiding cost him dearly over the years, as had he been able to open up more, the damage to his image and quality of life might never have happened.
So, even though you might have to wait some time longer, what you will get will be a 100% better.
I hope you will all bear with me as I continue researching and gathering evidence, as I can assure you: it will be worth it!!

L'anno scorso ho deciso che avrei dovuto scrivere un libro su Michael Jackson. Perché? Perché, sentivo - nonostante la moltitudine di inchiostro e carta spesa per scrivere su uno degli uomini più famosi della storia recente - che non ci fosse mai stato un libro che è andato al di là della caricatura da tabloid creata dai media.
Come un vecchio fan da decenni, e uno psicologo in contatto con le persone a lui vicine, sapevo che quello che è stato scritto era meno di una frazione della verità. Avrei potuto anche ricordare gli anni prima del 1990, quando i media sembravano riportare storie completamente diverse su di lui.
Avendo già scoperto verità nascoste su Michael per il mio blog, ed essendo portato per la ricerca, ho pensato che sarebbe stato un gioco da ragazzi raccogliere ciò che realmente è accaduto e presentarlo ai fan in forma di libro in un batter d'occhio.
Beh no. Più di un anno è passato dalla data, sto ancora scoprendo fatti sempre più nascosti e ogni volta le cose che trovo mi sorprendono sempre di più.
Ci sono menzogne infinite e occultamenti da parte dei media, mancanza di ricerca da parte dei biografi precedenti (che preferiscono Michael nel ruolo in cui i media lo hanno messo) e poi Michael stesso.
Senza svelare alcun segreto, posso dire che la ricerca per questo libro mi ha fatto scoprire una nuova immagine dell'uomo che ho conosciuto per tutta la mia vita. Non l'immagine creata dai media, non la persona dipinta dai genitori avidi nel 1993 e nel 2005 e nemmeno la persona che lui stesso spesso ha presentato al mondo, ma una persona nuova di zecca a cui dovevo abituarmi.
Subito ho capito che dovevo abbandonare tutto quello che pensavo di aver sempre saputo e cominciare da zero. Quello che ho trovato dimostra in modo ancora più definitivo che ogni accusa contro Michael è stata una menzogna. Scredita anche tutti i cosiddetti "testimoni" ed "esperti" che sono stati glorificati dai tabloid. Riscatta tutti coloro che gli erano davvero vicino, che hanno segnalato fatti che i media hanno ignorato, perché non si adattavano al loro ideale di Michael, il bizzarro alieno infantile asessuato. (Un'immagine creata da alcuni tra i più manipolativi e malevoli nel campo di Michael in tandem con alcuni tabloid.)
Più scrivo, più ricerco, parlavo e trovavo. È ormai chiaro che noi E Michael siamo stati ingannati e manipolati per decenni, e che quelli che lo hanno fatto erano presenti MOLTO prima del 1993. E' stato come se la verità mi stesse aspettando, come se Michael mi stesse conducendo a scoprire quello che avrebbe voluto che il mondo sapesse. Tutto questo, nonostante abbia fissato la scadenza notevolmente in ritardo e preso grandemente il sopravvento nella mia vita.
Comunque sono molto contento che i miei sospetti erano giusti: c'era un Michael nascosto che i media hanno rifiutato di farci vedere. Michael stesso aveva voluto farcelo vedere, ma è stato manipolato pensando che avrebbe dovuto nasconderlo. E' triste come questo nascondiglio gli sia costato caro nel corso degli anni, se fosse stato in grado di aprirsi di più, il danno alla sua immagine e alla qualità della vita non sarebbe mai accaduto.
Così, anche se potrebbe essere necessario attendere un po' più di tempo, ciò che otterrete sarà migliore del 100%.
Spero che tutti abbiate pazienza con me mentre continuo a fare ricerca e raccolta delle prove, perché vi posso assicurare: ne sarà valsa la pena!!
