Diane Dimond and newsvendors
December 9, 2013 – A dignified journalist should report facts verifying sources and possibly using official ones. Sadly today the so called ” professionals,” have attitudes similar to tabloids with obsolete standard and behaviours and limited their job to a painful copy/paste of the news itself, sometime manipulated, forged for a mere matter of interest; most of the time they do not even bother to read official documents, which are available to all, even on the net.
A part ridicule the profession itself the problems rise when people who blindly believes in what they write falls victim of their manipulation without even realizing it. More than journalists, they should be called «news vendors”, no offense to the profession. The difference between the two jobs should be substantial but sadly not in this case. Their sole purpose is to sell and in order to achieve this goal they are ready to do anything. Some of them lack in originality and creativity and their whole “career” are buinded on obsessively publish the same kind of news exclusively aimed at defaming the same subject.
One who persist with this kind of behaviour is undoubtedly Diane Dimond . She concentrated her entire activity on releasing news about Michael Jackson and even the death of the pop star was not enough for her to give up. During the period of the “hunting witches” against the artist pursued by the prosecutor Sneddon , from 1993 up to 2005 , Dimond helped several times to hit Jackson figure. Michael Jackson sued her (together with Paramount Pictures) due to a news about the existence of a video tape showing him molesting a boy, which turned out to be.

During the 2005 trial of Jackson, Dimon, like many other “news vendors,” clearly endorsed the prosecution. Anyone who had the opportunity to read the documents and the hearings transcripts (www.sbscpublicaccess.org/ctevents.php/ ) realized that TWO trials took place: one served up by the media and the one that really happened inside the courtroom. Media made public believe that the “false” testimony of the accusers, that miserably foreswear on the witness stand, were an absolute evidence of guilt.
The media never reported the defense cross examinations that systematically crumbled each of the prosecution theories. Most of the time it was not even necessary to chase for evidence because accusers contradicted each other and some of them were closed to madness. This is what C.Thomson wrote about media behaviour and in particular of Dimond during that specific occasion: ” It was not enough that at the majority of the media slipped out the flurry of questionable activities and in some cases also illegal made by the Sheddon, actually they seemed to be pleased to fully perpetuate propaganda of guilt on behalf of the prosecutor despite the complete lack of evidence.
For example Diane Dimond went on Larry King Live days after Jackson’s arrest to talk about of some “love letters” the star supposedly had written to Gavin Arvizo .” Does anyone know the existence of these letters?” King asked .” Absolutely,” Dimond replied “I know, I know for a fact their existence. “” Diane, did you read its? “” No, I have not read its. “Dimond admitted she did not even see the letters but said she had the information from high-profile «sources”.
Those love letters never materialized. When Dimond said, she knew of their existence she based her claim on police “rumours” only. From the same source, we also learned that Dimond paid 200.00 dollars for an interview to the mother of an alleged “victim”, immediately proved false during the trial. .After the verdict, as per Thompson article, she and many others carried on with the manipulations implemented during the hearings to criticize harshly Jury not guilty verdict.
All of this because the final decision was certainly not lucrative for newsvendors. If MJ would have been found guilty, it would have” create an endless supply of free titles» (to quote Thomson’s words) and material to exploit for purposes that have nothing to do with the journalistic profession but just feed the wallet of those divulging ” news ” at the expense of the truth.

Her latest idea was to attend Gavin Arvizo wedding and publish another defamatory article against the singer and his lawyer. I bet she does not knows the meaning of the word “dignity” because, apparently, she insist to make a fool of herself tilting at windmills, publishing odd theories satisfying her thirst of money and visibility, ignoring deliberately official documents.

Diane Dimond e i giornalai dell’informazione
Un giornalista che si rispetti dovrebbe riportare i fatti attingendo da fonti ufficiali e dovrebbe verificare la fondatezza di ciò che divulga. Ma spesso, troppo spesso, coloro che vengono ritenuti “professionisti dell’informazione”assumono atteggiamenti che ricordano quelli dei tabloid, ritenendo del tutto normale che comportamenti radicati in un pietoso copia/incolla di notizie o nella strumentalizzazione, nella mistificazione e falsificazione delle stesse vengano attuati per una mera questione d’interessi; non si preoccupano minimamente nemmeno di negare l’evidenza di documenti ufficiali ormai disponibili a tutti, anche in rete.
Il loro operato, così, ridicolizza la loro professione e l’utente che crede ciecamente a ciò che legge o sente, cade vittima delle loro manipolazioni senza nemmeno rendersene conto.
Più che giornalisti, dovrebbero essere definiti “giornalai dell’informazione”, senza nulla togliere a questa professione: la differenza tra i due mestieri dovrebbe essere sostanziale, ma purtroppo a volte non è così. Vendere è il loro unico scopo e per farlo sono disposti a tutto.
Alcuni dimostrano di essere anche carenti sia di originalità sia di un certo spirito creativo, poichè durante tutta la loro carriera pubblicano ossessivamente sempre le medesime notizie miranti a diffamare esclusivamente la stessa persona.
Una che persevera in questo genere di comportamenti è senza dubbio Diane Dimond.
Ha incentrato tutta la sua carriera sulla diffusione di notizie diffamatorie su Michael Jackson e neanche la morte della pop star l’ha fatta desistere. Durante il periodo della caccia alle streghe messa in atto contro l’artista dal procuratore Sneddon, dal 1993 al 2005, la Dimond ha contribuito svariate volte a colpire la figura di Jackson.
In passato la star ha presentato anche una querela contro di lei (e la Paramount Pictures) in quanto parlò dell’esistenza di un video tape che lo ritraeva mentre molestava un ragazzo, ma tutto si rivelò falso:

Durante il processo Jackson, come tanti altri “giornalai dell’informazione”, ha favorito palesemente l’accusa. Chi ha avuto modo di leggere i documenti e le trascrizioni delle udienze (si possono richiedere qui: www.sbscpublicaccess.org/ctevents.php/ ) si è reso conto che all’epoca si svolsero due processi: quello che veniva propinato dai media e quello che si teneva in aula.
Gli “organi d’informazione” facevano credere all’opinione pubblica che le false testimonianze degli accusatori, i quali spergiuravano squallidamente sul banco dei testimoni, fossero prove inattaccabili di colpevolezza.
I media mai riportarono i controinterrogatori della difesa, che puntualmente sgretolavano con prove schiaccianti le teorie dell’accusa. Spesso non fu necessario neanche cercarle queste prove, in quanto gli accusatori si contraddicevano a vicenda oppure le loro testimonianze rasentavano la follia, come quella di Janet Arvizo quandò asserì, per esempio, che i suoi figli sarebbero potuti sparire da Neverland con una mongolfiera:

Ecco cosa disse C. Thomson riguardo al comportamento dei media e in particolare della Dimond in quell’occasione:
“Non solo la maggior parte dei media si lasciò sfuggire questa raffica di attività discutibili e in certi casi illegali da parte del procuratore, ma sembrava anche compiacersi pienamente di perpetuare la propaganda di colpevolezza per conto del procuratore malgrado l’assoluta mancanza di prove che la corroborassero.
Per esempio, Diane Dimond apparve al Larry King Live giorni dopo l’arresto di Jackson per parlare ripetutamente di una montagna di lettere d’amore che la star presumibilmente avrebbe scritto a Gavin Arvizo.
“Qualcuno conosce l’esistenza di queste lettere?” chiese King.
“Assolutamente” rispose la Dimond”.Io lo so, lo so per certo della loro esistenza.”
“Diane, le hai lette?”
“No, non le ho lette.”
Dimond ammise che non le aveva neanche viste le lettere, tanto meno lette, ma disse che ne era venuta a conoscenza da “fonti dell’ordine di alto profilo”. Ma quelle lettere d’amore non si materializzarono MAI.
Quando la Dimond disse che lei sapeva della loro esistenza stava basando la propria affermazione esclusivamente sulle parole della polizia. Nella migliore delle ipotesi, le forze di polizia stavano ripetendo a pappagallo le dichiarazioni degli Arvizo in buona fede (gli accusatori che si rivelarono dei bugiardi truffatori).
In quella peggiore avevano inventato questa storia esse stesse per infangare il nome di Jackson. In entrambi i casi, la storia fece il giro del mondo con neanche un briciolo di prova che la supportasse.”

Dalla fonte succitata si apprende che la Dimond pagò anche 200.00 dollari alla madre di una presunta “vittima” di Jackson, che poi venne dimostrato al processo non essere tale, per un’intervista.
Dopo il verdetto, come si evince pure dall’articolo di Thomson, non contenta delle manipolazioni messe in atto durante le udienze, continuò, come molti altri, ad elargire giudizi mistificatori sulla decisione della giuria.
Tutto questo perchè il verdetto di non colpevolezza non era certamente lucrativo per i giornalai dell’informazione; se MJ fosse stato giudicato colpevole, ciò avrebbe “creato una fornitura senza fine di titoli gratuiti (per citare le parole di Thomson) " e di materiale da strumentalizzare per scopi che con la professione giornalistica non hanno niente a che fare: rimpinguare, appunto, i portafogli di chi divulga certe”notizie” a discapito della verità.
Pure la reporter investigativa A.Jones nel suo libro:” Michael Jackson, il complotto”, edito in Inghilterra nel 2007, nel quale ha riportato gli atti del procedimento penale suddetto, ha parlato del vergognoso comportamento dei media in occasione del processo Jackson.
Nella parte interna della copertina (ristampa 2010) la Jones scrive:
“Questo libro rivela la verità su ciò che accadde dentro e fuori il tribunale durante il clamoroso processo a Michael Jackson di S. Maria, California.
Nel 2005 ero convinta che fosse colpevole, ma sapevo che l’unico modo per conoscere la verità era andare di persona in tribunale. Per cinque mesi, seduta in aula al fianco di Michael Jackson, mi sono chiesta se avesse realmente abusato di minorenni. Non mi sembrava una persona capace di farlo. Più tardi, mi sono resa conto dell’esistenza di un complotto che coinvolgeva gli avvocati dell’accusa e una certa élite mediatica. Al centro, i soldi e la fama.
Adesso mi chiedo cosa sia la giustizia negli Stati Uniti e nel mondo se i media possono manipolare la verità fino a questo punto. Non c’è da stupirsi che Michael Jackson abbia lasciato gli Stati Uniti rimanendo un “uomo senza casa” fino al giorno della sua morte.”

Come detto, nonostante la sua fonte lucrativa sia morta, non si è persa certo d’animo; ha perseverato nel suo atteggiamento di disperata persecutrice senza prove, senza elementi: come non ha tenuto conto di ciò che accadeva nell’aula del processo a Jackson, degli atti processuali, di pareri di esperti così ha ignorato i VERI file che l’FBI ha reso noti dopo la morte della pop star http://vault.fbi.gov/Michael%20Jackson , riguardanti minacce ed estorsioni ai danni dell’artista e l’indagine relativa alle accuse di abuso su minore condotta dal 1993 al 2003, conclusasi con la chiusura del caso in quanto l’artista era stato prosciolto da tutte le accuse formulate contro di lui perchè i fatti non sussistevano.
Ovviamente non si è lasciata sfuggire l’occasione di sguazzare, come tanti altri, nelle varie storie che sono venute fuori contro la pop star, con un tempismo perfetto che farebbe insospettire chiunque riguardo alla loro fondatezza, guarda caso proprio durante il processo civile mosso dai Jackson contro la AEG Live, come quelle basate su altri file che poi si sono rivelati falsi:

La sua ultima trovata è stata quella di partecipare al matrimonio di Gavin Arvizo e pubblicare l’ennesimo articolo diffamatorio contro il cantante e il suo avvocato, non preoccupandosi di fare nuovamente la figura dell’ignorante riguardo al processo Jackson pur di far parlare di lei per pochi minuti.
E non finirà qui…
Chissà se conosce il significato della parola “dignità” poichè, a quanto pare, continua a rendersi ridicola arrampicandosi sugli specchi , pubblicando teorie strampalate basate esclusivamente sulla sua sete di denaro e di visibilità, ignorando volutamente documenti ufficiali visibili a tutti.
Come liberarsi di persone come la Dimond?
Ignorarle è l’unico mezzo. L’indifferenza è la migliore arma per combattere i giornalai dell’informazione.

Ok, mi sta anche bene, ignorarla.. del resto e involontariamente le facciamo pubblicità anche attaccandola.
Ma , assistere inermi a questa che in occasione di puntate su altri Network televisivi, viene invitata come "esperta di Michael Jackson" ..piuttosto che come " esperta nelle fandonie raccontate su Michael Jackson" è inaccettabile proprio.
Per cui, attaccarla nelle sue pagine FB o twitter direttamente? No..
Attaccarla esternamente, oh si si, altro che no.. ma attaccarla in senso giusto, con le giuste risposte.. le risposte che ci affanniamo tanto a tradurre e spammare dovunque..
Uno dei nostri errori è restare forse trinceati un pò troppo dentro i luoghi dei fans.. dovremmo trovare un modo per sfondare questa cortina di fumo e andare oltre.. la dove la gente non sa.
Questo semmai è sempre stato un nostro enorme limite, e che fa si che solo chi è curioso venga a cercarsi la verità..

Io sono qui e non mi astengo....se possiamo fare qualcosa potete contare su di me. Ho già segnalato a Fb diverse cose ma finora mi hanno risposto che tutto rientra negli standard, ho anche segnalato la questione dei 18000 mi piace sulla pagina di quel signore ma non mi hanno ancora risposto. Ho scritto qualcosa su quella pagina ma mi hanno prontamente impedito di scrivere altro, ed in altri forum ho letto cose veramente orribili......vorrei capire perchè con tutto il male che c'è da combattere al mondo , con tutti i pedofili riconosciuti e mai fermati da nessuno e sui quali si scrive poco e nulla ( mi riferisco all'Afghanistan, al Pakistan etc etc) le persone se la prendano con un uomo ( ora) morto su cui non hanno nessuna prova , ma solo le parole di persone ( discutibili e disoneste ) e di un povero vigliacco arrabbiato perchè non gli hanno dato più lavoro ,in cerca solo di soldi e palesemente manovrato. A real journalist should be one who brings out the news taking a cue from official sources and verifying its source. After all why should the reader verify C. Thomson questioned? It would be the responsibility of the journalist to do it so.

The best definition of this kind of people would probably be “news vendor” rather than journalists, having the greatest respect for this profession. The difference between the two professions should be substantial, unfortunately sometimes it’s not.
Carrying out research about manipulations, exploitations, omissions of news its come across a a person belonging to the entertainment world, who has been targeted more than anyone else, for a lifetime and beyond, by such media conduct: Michael Jackson. He is the perfect symbol of how communication power can handle unequivocally the public. Regardless of whether or not you support artist, the events in which he was trapped thanks to the media behavior should be analyzed from a sociological point of view and take into serious consideration the parameters that caused its, could be a good start to create a constructive space to amend certain shameful attitudes of the medias.
Given the social relations of Jackson and checking the timeline of events, it is not difficult to assume of obscure policies in place against him, aimed at his annihilation; evidence of it can be found by reading the lyrics of his songs.

Il vero giornalista dovrebbe essere colui che riporta le notizie prendendo spunto da fonti ufficiali e verificando ciò che divulga. Spesso, però, si preferisce strumentalizzare, mistificare e falsificare la verità per aumentare le tirature, le visite su internet, per una mera questione d’interessi palesi o nascosti; il bene e il meglio , si sa, non fanno notizia, quindi non vengono raccontati, al contrario delle notizie “piccanti”; così i giornalisti possono far passare per verità quelli che sono pettegolezzi, calunnie, si rivela, quindi, evidente rischio che l’utente può correre quando crede a certe “news” senza verificarne la fondatezza: la sua mente viene manipolata senza che se ne renda conto. Del resto perchè dovrebbe verificare, come si chiede Chalers Thomson? Sarebbe compito del giornalista farlo.
Inoltre ci sono degli aspetti che probabilmente sfuggono all’opinione pubblica: ” Il sistema ci vuole tutti succubi, impauriti, ignoranti e non ci vogliono far conoscere esempi da imitare, persone da emulare, perché altrimenti potremmo alzare la testa, avere più coraggio, essere più fiduciosi per il nostro futuro. Ecco perchè spesso ci troviamo faccia a faccia con la noncuranza, la superficialità e, ancor più grave, con la consapevolezza delle falsità dette e la perseveranza nel divulgarle, negando perfino l’evidenza di documenti ufficiali ormai visibili a tutti.
La definizione più giusta per queste “figure dell’informazione” sarebbe probabilmente “giornalai” invece che giornalisti, con il massimo rispetto per questa professione. La differenza tra i due mestieri dovrebbe essere sostanziale, ma purtroppo a volte non è così.
Effettuando ricerche su manipolazioni, strumentalizzazioni, omissioni di notizie ci si imbatte in una figura del mondo dello spettacolo che è stata bersaglio più di chiunque altro, per tutta la vita e anche oltre, di simili condotte mediatiche: Michael Jackson. Questi è un simbolo lampante di come il potere della comunicazione possa gestire in modo inequivocabile l’opinione pubblica. A prescindere che si sia sostenitori o meno dell’artista, le vicende in cui si é trovato intrappolato a causa del comportamento degli “organi d’informazione” andrebbero analizzate dal punto di vista sociologico e prendere in seria considerazione i parametri che le hanno causate potrebbe essere un modo per cominciare a creare uno spazio costruttivo atto a modificare certi vergognosi atteggiamenti da parte dei media.
Considerati i rapporti sociali di Jackson, affiancandone la linea temporale degli accadimenti, non é difficile supporre che ci fosse in atto un’oscura politica nei suoi confronti, con manovre mirate al suo annientamento; del resto, basta leggere i testi delle sue canzoni per intuirlo. “Come comunicatore di massa in prima persona, CONOSCEVA L’ENORME POTERE CHE LA STAMPA ESERCITA SUL MODO DI PERCEPIRE LA REALTA’ DA PARTE DEL PUBBLICO. Non ci si vuole soffermare più di tanto su quelle che sono state definite “stranezze” che venivano e vengono riportate sul cantante, in quanto tali non sono: trattasi semplicemente di baggianate mediatiche che lasciano il tempo che trovano: Jackson secondo i media avrebbe dormito in una camera iperbarica, quando in realtà l’aveva semplicemente donata al Brotman Medical Center di Culvert, California, l’ospedale in cui fu ricoverato in seguito alle ustioni riportate durante le riprese di un famoso spot, e qualcuno scattò una foto mentre la stava provando; avrebbe anche assunto un ormone durante la giovinezza per alzare la tonalità della sua voce ma forse l’inventore di questa strampalata “teoria” non era a conoscenza del fatto che tale ormone negli anni in cui l’artista era adolescente era solo in fase di sperimentazione e comunque il commercio era ed è vietato negli USA: www.drugs.com/mmx/cyproterone-acetate.html Riportiamo le parole pronunciate in proposito da uno dei maestri di canto di MJ, Seth Riggs, insegnante della tecnica Speech Level Singing: “E’ ovviamente falso, ho lavorato per così tanto tempo con Michael e con la sua voce che posso dire di conoscerlo meglio delle mie tasche!”. Tempo fa scrisse su facebook il Prof. Delli Carri, istruttore certificato della tecnica di Riggs:”Si possono possedere delle corde vocali da sopranista, geneticamente più corte rispetto alla media ed avere una vocalità come quella di MJ“. Ci hanno pensato, poi, pensato gli stessi figli di Jackson a spiegare il motivo per il quale uscivano con il volto coperto insieme al loro papà, per chi ancora non l’avesse dedotto da solo: nessuna stranezza, bensì un’accortezza che la star prendeva verso di loro, in modo tale che, non essendo riconosciuti, potessero avere un’infanzia normale e fare quello che fanno solitamente tutti bambini, quando non erano con lui. Si potrebbe continuare a riportare le castronerie mediatiche di cui MJ è stato bersaglio, ma ci fermiamo qui se non altro per rispetto verso l’intelligenza del lettore, anche se qualcuno forse, ci avrà pure creduto…
E’ interessante, invece, analizzare fatti ben più gravi di cui è stato vittima e che lo hanno visto protagonista, suo malgrado. Come per esempio l’accusa che dovette subire, conseguentemente al cambiamento del colore della sua pelle: gli fu attribuita la colpa di voler ripudiare la sua etnia, nonostante avesse pubblicamente dichiarato che era affetto da una terribile dermopatia, la vitiligine, in seguito alla quale si perde la pigmentazione dell’epidermide e nonostante fossero state rese note cartelle cliniche che l’attestavano. E’ da ritenere quantomeno ignobile che dopo la sua morte nessun “organo d’informazione” abbia rettificato tale accusa e abbia portato a conoscenza dell’opinione pubblica la testimonianza del medico legale che ha effettuato l’autopsia sul corpo della star, il quale ha dichiarato che Michael Jackson era effettivamente affetto dalla vitiligine.
Al contrario, qualcuno, in barba alla testimonianza del coroner, continua a definirlo razzista. Nei momenti di riacutizzazione della malattia Jackson era costretto ad indossare guanti e mascherine protettive, ma anche a questi comportamenti i media hanno voluto dare un’impronta sensazionalistica, asserendo che fosse ossessionato dalla paura di contrarre malattie. A contrastare questa ennesima castroneria ci sono moltissimi video su you tube, nei quali si vede Jackson andare in giro per ospedali, senza mascherina o guanti e toccare, abbracciare, accarezzare, baciare dolcemente bambini e gente malata; un comportamento che cozza completamente contro certe “teorie” dei giornalai dell’informazione.
Ma gli storpiamenti della realtà di cui si è parlato sono niente rispetto a ciò che successe in occasione del processo che dovette subire in seguito alle accuse di abuso su minore; ci vorremmo soffermare, infatti, su quello che qualcuno ha definito “Uno dei casi più vergognosi del giornalismo“; a questo link un articolo del giornalista C.Thomson, il quale condanna implacabilmente il disgustoso comportamento dei media, e non solo, in quell’occasione.
Questi ultimi, in quella circostanza, manipolarono e strumentalizzarono le notizie a tal punto che neanche la piena assoluzione del cantante, in quanto i fatti non sussistevano, convinse tutti riguardo la sua innocenza. Chi ha avuto modo di leggere le trascrizioni delle udienze si è reso conto che all’epoca si svolsero due processi: quello che veniva propinato in tv o sui giornali e quello che si teneva in aula. Gli “organi d’informazione” fecero credere all’opinione pubblica che le false testimonianze degli accusatori fossero prove inattaccabili di colpevolezza; in realtà quelle persone si rivelarono ben presto dei truffatori che abitualmente si rivolgevano a personaggi famosi per spillare loro delle ingenti somme di denaro e che spergiuravano squallidamente sul banco dei testimoni. I media mai riportarono i controinterrogatori della difesa, con i quali le teorie dell’accusa venivano sgretolate puntualmente con prove schiaccianti. Spesso non fu necessario neanche cercarle queste prove, in quanto gli accusatori si contraddicevano anche a vicenda oppure le loro testimonianze rasentavano la follia, come quella di Janet Arvizo, madre del ragazzo che puntò il dito contro MJ, quando asserì, per esempio, che i suoi figli sarebbero potuti sparire da Neverland, il ranch della star, con una mongolfiera.
Ora le trascrizioni del processo, quello vero, sono sul web e si possono pure richiedere alla Corte Superiore della California, Contea di Santa Barbara; inotre sono state pubblicate anche su un libro della reporter investigativa A.Jones: “Michael Jackson, il complotto".

Dal processo emerse che l’unica “colpa” di Jackson era quella di essere troppo generoso. Ciò lo portava ad aiutare i più bisognosi, soprattutto i bambini svantaggiati o malati, che ospitava a Neverland e di cui si prendeva cura anche in prima persona. Era circondato da avvoltoi senza scrupoli che cercavano costantemente di truffarlo per mettere le mani sul suo denaro; non avrebbe dovuto fidarsi di nessuno, a partire dai suoi manager e soci, passando per le persone che ospitava in casa sua e di cui si prendeva cura, proprio come la famiglia che lo accusò, fino ad arrivare all’ultimo degli inservienti che lavorava al ranch , ma in realtà si fidava di tutti perchè non riusciva a vedere il lato peggiore delle persone. Dalle trascrizioni processuali risulta che durante il suddetto procedimento penale si parlò anche del caso Chandler del 1993. Anche in quell’occasione Jackson fu vittima di un’estorsione, che denunciò, come si evince dai documenti agli atti:http://www.sbscpublicaccess.org/docs/ctdocs/032205mjmemospprtobj.pdf ; ma i media pure in quella circostanza distorsero le informazioni, riportando all’opinione pubblica che l’artista fu disposto a pagare una cifra da capogiro per far ritrarre le accuse di molestie, quando in realtà si oppose alla transazione finanziaria, pagata dall’assicurazione e voluta esclusivamente dai suoi soci in affari , i quali non erano disposti a perdere ingenti somme di denaro qualora il cantante, con un tour in atto, fosse stato costretto a sospenderlo in seguito ad un processo.
Un altro grande torto che Jackson ha subito è stato quello di non riconoscergli il motivo per cui serviva la sua arte: la beneficenza. Non contenti delle falsità divulgate quando il cantante era in vita, alcuni ‘professionisti dell’informazione’ hanno vergognosamente colto l’occasione del suo omicidio, del processo al medico che lo ha ucciso e del procedimento civile mosso dai Jackson contro la Aeg Live, società promotrice dei concerti che la star avrebbe dovuto sostenere a Londra, per ridare nuova eco alle solite notizie di gossip che hanno tormentato il cantate per tutta la vita. Ennesime strumentalizzazioni, manipolazioni, mistificazioni hanno avuto luogo per quanto concerne “notizie” correlate strettamente alla morte: “l’indiscrezione” che più circolava sui giornali sui siti web e in tv, in quei giorni, riguardava il contenuto gastrico: quanti “mezzi d’informazione” italiani e stranieri, hanno riportato che lo stomaco di Jackson era pieno di pillole? Ecco cosa dice il coroner in proposito: non c’erano pillole nello stomaco della star. Qualcuno ha persino “trovato” in casa del cantante sostanze che nemmeno gli inquirenti hanno rilevato. E quanti hanno asserito che MJ fosse un tossicodipendente? Nessuno degli esperti chiamati a testimoniare al processo Murray , basandosi sulla documentazione medica del caso, lo hanno definito tale, neppure i testimoni dell’accusa. Piuttosto soffriva di ansia curata inadeguatamente, insonnia, insopportabili dolori cronici e assumeva i farmaci che gli venivano prescritti. Nel corso di quest’ultimo processo numerosi organi “d’informazione” hanno divulgato la “notizia” del Mirror/Sunday People, apparsa con una tempistica che farebbe insospettire chiunque, secondo la quale sarebbero esistiti alcuni presunti file “dell’FBI”, i quali avrebbero rivelato che Jackson avrebbe pagato il silenzio di sue presunte vittime; quando è stato dimostrato che tali documenti erano FALSI, nessuno ha rettificato:

Infatti quando il cantante è morto, qualcuno si sarà chiesto: come fare per continuare a lucrare su di lui? Semplicissimo: oltre che pubblicare documenti falsi, basta dare credito, per esempio, a tutti quelli che all’improvviso si “ricordano” di essere stati molestati da lui o che lo accusano di qualsiasi cosa e il gioco è fatto.

Anche molte importanti notizie inerenti l’omicidio Jackson sono state del tutto omesse; molti indizi, infatti, facevano ritenere che diverse persone, con poteri economici enormi e che stanno guadagnando cifre esorbitanti dalla morte della star, potessero essere coinvolte, come fatti emersi durante il processo Murray e confermati da quello contro la Aeg avrebbero evidenziato, fatti che vengono analizzati in questi articoli e che porrebbero l’omicidio del cantante sotto un’ottica diversa rispetto a quella dell’omicidio involontario:

Certi personaggi e le grandi major o società alle quali sono legati, avrebbero effettuato cospicui finanziamenti alle carriere di alcune figure istituzionali che, visto il loro ruolo, sarebbero potute essere e invece non lo sono stati, personaggi chiave per risolvere i misteri dell’omicidio in questione; a questi links tabelle relative ai suddetti finanziamenti: ma essi non sono mai stati menzionati da nessun organo di informazione.
Quello che è successo a Jackson è solo un esempio di come agisce questo sistema, ce ne sono moltissimi altri . Tali subdoli atteggiamenti mediatici sono così allarmanti e al contempo deprimenti a tal punto che dovrebbero risvegliare le coscienze e la volontà di mettere in atto strategie per modificarli. Come iniziare? Il web potrebbe essere una valida alternativa all’informazione “malata”, quantomeno per verificare certe notizie, ma l’utente è in grado di distinguere fonti ufficiai e non? E’ auspicabile, quindi, sviluppare il più possibile uno spiccato senso critico verso quello che i media ci propinano e… ricordare sempre queste parole:

Alberto Flores D’Arcais, Alessandra Farkas hanno attinto le loro notizie pubblicate in occasione della morte di Jackson dai tabloid britannici, secondo il sito “Altrimondi”; infatti poi si sono rivelate false; la Farkas sul Corriere della sera, il 2/7/09 , anche da un biografo non autorizzato; da notare che quest’ultimo aveva rilevato patologie croniche di Jackson che mai hanno trovato riscontro in sede di autopsia. Sempre secondo lo stesso sito, Giuseppe Videtti (Repubblica, 3/7/09 )e Matteo Persivale (Corriere.it, 3/7/09) avrebbero trovato in casa del cantante sostanze che neppure gli inquirenti hanno rilevato;
Luca Telese, 2/7/09: sempre su “Il Giornale” nella stessa occasione, fa un improbabile paragone tra MJ e il PD (!), sostenendo che il cantante avesse ripudiato la sua etnia e altre castronerie varie; ha continuato a sostenere, in un noto programma televisivo serale poco tempo fa, che la star si sbiancasse per vezzo; testimonianza del coroner riguardo la vitiligine già linkata
Anche il presentatore Carlo Conti e persone che hanno frequentato alcuni suoi programmi hanno ripetutamente fatto battute sul colore della pelle di Jackson, nonostante sia stato inviato loro materiale comprovante la patologia del cantante.
Massimiliano Parente, 6/7/11: su “Il Giornale”: ha scritto un articolo offensivo sul cantante dove ha praticamento inserito tutte le baggianate possibili che poteva su Jackson; oltre che cadere nella bassezza dell’offesa, appunto, chiamando la vittima “imbecille”, perché secondo lui avrebbe cambiato religione continuamente (notizia messa in giro dai tabloid, assolutamente falsa: nel film This is it , ultimo atto della sua vita, Jackson diceva spesso: ” Dio vi benedica”), perchè essere ambientalista e pacifista, come MJ, equivarrebbe ad essere sciocchi secondo Parente, e ha riportato altre castronerie, parlando del famoso cocktail di farmaci nello stomaco (testimonianza del coroner riguardo il contenuto gastrico già linkata); ha ignorato i veri motivi per i quali il cantante era costretto ad usare le mascherine protettive o perché la sua pelle era bianca: secondo Parente la vitiligine non era sufficiente a giustificare il fatto che MJ avesse depigmentato alcune aree della sua epidermide; “piccolo” particolare: la vitiligine è una malattia devastante sia dal punto di vista fisico sia psicologico perchè deturpa l’aspetto delle persone: www.google.it/searchq=vitiligine+f...iw=1366&bih=676 ; nel caso in cui colpisce quasi tutto il corpo, come per MJ, SONO I DERMATOLOGI che schiariscono le poche parti rimaste scure per uniformare il colore, considerando che fare il contrario sarebbe impossibile; sarebbe il caso che Parente si documentasse un po’ su questa dermopatia prima di scrivere certe castronerie; qui la testimonianza in tribunale, di D. Vittorio Zucconi, 4/11/ 2011, su “La Repubblica”in attesa del verdetto relativo al processo Murray, si è probabilmente “dimenticato” che c’erano le telecamere in aula e ha scritto un articolo facendo passare per fatti oggettivi alcune dichiarazioni dello stesso Murray, inoltre ha sostenuto che avevano testimoniato intere facoltà, frotte di specialisti inorriditi da ciò che Jackson avesse in corpo, quando in realtà, oltre ai dottori direttamente coinvolti nel caso, come il medico legale della contea di Los Angeles, il tossicologo forense o i medici del pronto soccorso, hanno testimoniato al processo 3 specialisti per l’accusa: il Dottor Shafer, esperto in farmacocinetica e propofol, il quale ha precisato di non aver chiesto alcun compenso per la sua testimonianza; il Dottor Kamangar, esperto in medicina del sonno e il Dottor Steinberg, cardiologo e revisore esperto per la California Medical Board, ovvero responsabile della revisione delle azioni di altri medici a tutela degli standard di cura.
Quelli che hanno testimoniato per la difesa sono stati 2: il dottor White, esperto di propofol ma non di farmacocinetica, pagato 11.000 dollari più 3.500 dollari per ogni apparizione in tribunale, e il dottor Waldman, unico esperto in dipendenze. NESSUNO DI LORO, BASANDOSI SULLA DOCUMENTAZIONE DEL CASO, HA DEFINITO MICHAEL JACKSON UN DIPENDENTE DAI FARMACI.
Il Dottor Steinberg ha sostenuto che se il cantante lo fosse stato, si sarebbe iniettato sempre tutto da solo e subito; persino il dottor Waldman, testimone della difesa, ha affermato che forse stava sviluppando una sorta di tolleranza al Demerol, che vuol dire avere necessità di una quantità sempre maggiore per ottenere l’effetto desiderato, quindi, nel caso di Michael Jackson, per sottoporsi ai trattamenti dermatologici menzionati in precedenza, ma che sarebbe altamente azzardato definire Michael Jackson un tossicodipendente.

Anche Zucconi, poi, ha ignorato la testimonianza del coroner, asserendo che la star, forse di nascosto, avesse ingerito delle pillole e altre baggianate simili.
Giuseppe Videtti su “La Repubblica”,4/11/ 2011, ha riportato come fatti oggettivi alcune dichiarazioni di ex governanti di Neverland, in cerca di un attimo di notorietà, o del biografo già citato, non autorizzato, secondo il quale il cantante sarebbe stato gay : basterebbe leggere gli atti processuali del processo Jackson (già linkati) per vedere che erano state prodotte prove che attestavano che il cantante non lo era. Anche secondo Videtti, Jackson rinnegava la sua razza (testimonianza del coroner riguardo la vitiligine già linkata)

Giovanni Minoli: ha mandato in onda il documentario a senso unico di Murray, che molte emittenti si erano rifiutate di trasmettere, e che è stato uno dei motivi per cui il giudice Pastor ha condannato il medico alla massima pena, in quanto, durante le riprese, non aveva mostrato mai il benché minimo rimorso per quello che aveva fatto:

Al centro dell’articolo è stata pubblicata la foto che ritrae Michael Jackson nel famoso episodio dove mostra suo figlio Blanket dal balcone dell’hotel ai fans sottostanti. Dov’è il collegamento tra la triste storia di questa bambina alla figura di padre del cantante? Tg5, Studio Aperto: quando muore qualche personaggio famoso per overdose fanno paragoni che non stanno nè in cielo né in terra con la morte di Jackson, “dimenticando” che il cantante è stato UCCISO, continuando a sostenere che MJ era un tossicodipendente (testimonianze riguardanti il fatto che non lo fosse già linkate); secondo le prove presentate in aula al processo Murray, il giudice Pastor , tra le sue motivazioni per la condanna, ha dichiarato che il medico praticava su Jackson”esperimenti di pazzia medica che non possono essere tollerati“: video già linkato;
Programma “Mistero”: ha divulgato due volte una lista di sostanze che sarebbero state rinvenute in casa o nell’organismo di Jackson totalmente inventata;
Beatrice Dondi: in un suo articolo ha inserito questo: “…Lo struggente omaggio a Mandela sulle note di Michael Jackson, un cantante che ha speso la sua vita cercando di diventare bianco…”; nonostante sia stato inviato all’autrice materiale comprovante che MJ non voleva diventare bianco, bensì era malato, la stessa si è limitata a chiedere scusa su tw riguardo all’errore, ma non ha rettificato;

Antonella Clerici ed autori di “Ti lascio una canzone”: anche loro hanno ignorato la sentenza suddetta.
Silvia Bizio, di Repubblica: l’11 ottobre 2014 per fare pubblicità all’uscita di una “collana” del suddetto giornale su Jackson, pubblica un articolo dove ancora fa insinuazioni sul colore e sull’aspetto del cantante. Testimonianza del Coroner già pubblicata.
Antonello Sarno: 13 Febbraio 2015, “Supercinema”, Canale5, ha divulgato notizie false sulla morte di MJ, circa l’anno della morte e le cause.
Non consideriamo neppure i vari siti di gossip come Dagospia o simili perché crediamo che non meritino la benché minima considerazione.
