How To Defame Without Speaking Or Writing One Word
Defamation by photograph alteration:
This is nothing new and has been performed since the 1800’s. It was a main staple for increasing circulation by what was called England’s Sensational Novel and News Press. Defamation by photo alteration or Photoshop has been done to many people alive and deceased. Some people were well known some not, some alterations were executed in fun, but others were not. Many people among both groups were victimized due to the use of an altered photo. CadeFlaw/AdLLaw has brought many examples of ways the deceased is defamed, but this is one which recently came to mind.
From the copious number of Media produced photos of Michael Jackson an abundance of them may not be genuine stills or accurately depict what was taking place. MJ, other people, locations and items were added or removed. People and items were re positioned or shot from unfavorable angles to distort. In one reported case the “Tabloids used a Michael Jackson impersonator” and in another a “cardboard cutout was used.” to create their much desired derisive photo.
What the average person now does with a camera and their Photoshop software the Tabloids, so called credible Media, Paparazzi and professional photographers have accomplished for decades.
An excellent example of defamation by photo alteration is the photo of MJ and Gavin. For years when necessary MJ Fans displayed the photo with Gavin’s face blurred, thinking it was the less offensive of the two, but that photo was altered to give MJ a sinister look and the two an air of intimacy. The Media displayed the blurred face photo on TV; News and Celebrity Gossip sites and in magazines. They cited the blurring was to protect Gavin’s identity while releasing his name and photos of his unprotected face in other reports..
Compare the two photos see how Michael Jackson’s mouth is curiously reshaped; there was a shading and heaviness applied to his brows; all which was meant to provoke suspicion and accelerate the building of injurious judgments about MJ. Look at the photo minus Gavin’s face blurred and you see the posture of the two says they were posed rather than natural or intimate.
This altering of photos is a psychological game played on us; a game which causes us to view and judge a person or situation without proper context. Put the blurred picture with any article or posted alone and it speaks, but the words are false. This is how the Media and persons on Social Media defame without speaking or writing one word.

Diffamare con l’alterazione fotografica:Questa non è una novità ed è stata eseguita già dal 1800. E 'stato un elemento base per aumentare la circolazione di quello che è stato chiamato in Inghilterra “Sensational Novel” e “News Press”. La diffamazione attraverso l’ alterazione fotografica o Photoshop è stata fatta per molte persone vive e defunte. Alcune persone erano note altri no, alcune modifiche sono state fatte per divertimento, ma altre no. Molte persone di entrambi i gruppi (note e non, ndr) sono state vittime dell'uso di una foto alterata. CadeFlaw / AdLLaw ha portato molti esempi di come il defunto viene diffamato, e questo è uno dei casi che di recente è stato ricordato (vedi foto).
Numerosi Media hanno prodotto un'abbondanza di queste foto riguardanti Michael Jackson, che non possono essere originali o rappresentare esattamente ciò che stava avvenendo. MJ, altre persone, luoghi e oggetti sono stati aggiunti o rimossi. Persone e oggetti sono stati nuovamente posizionati o ripresi da angolazioni sfavorevoli con lo scopo di distorcere la realtà. In un caso segnalato il "Tabloid ha usato un sosia di Michael Jackson" e in un altro una "sagoma di cartone ." Per creare le loro foto di scherno tanto bramate.
Quello che la persona media ora fa con una macchina fotografica e il software Photoshop , i tabloid o cosiddetti media credibili hanno realizzato per decenni grazie a Paparazzi e fotografi professionisti .
Un eccellente esempio di diffamazione da foto alterata è la foto di MJ e Gavin. Per anni, quando necessario i fan di MJ visualizzavano la foto con la faccia di Gavin offuscata, pensando che fosse il meno offensivo dei due, ma la foto è stata modificata per dare a MJ uno sguardo sinistro e ai due un'aria di intimità. Il Mass Media fa vedere il viso sfocato sul televisore; cosi Notizie e Celebrity Gossip ,siti e riviste. Si sono giustificati dicendo che l’offuscamento (della foto di Gavin ndr) era per proteggere l'identità di Gavin, mentre ha scritto chiaramente il suo nome mostrato la foto del suo volto non protetto in altre situazioni.
Confronta le due foto per vedere come la bocca di Michael Jackson è curiosamente rimodellata: c'era una ombreggiatura e una pesantezza applicata alle sue sopracciglia; tutto quello che doveva provocare sospetti e accelerare la costruzione di conclusioni pregiudizievoli su MJ. Guardate la foto senza il volto di Gavin offuscato e notate la postura dei due dice che erano in una posa piuttosto naturale che intima.
Questa alterazione di foto è un gioco psicologico messo in atto su di noi; un gioco che ci fa vedere e giudicare una persona o una situazione senza contesto. Mettere l'immagine sfocata con qualsiasi articolo o pubblicata da sola, essa parla, ma le parole che dice sono false.
Questo è il modo in cui i media e le persone su Social Media usano per diffamare senza parlare o scrivere una sola parola.
