'Cospiracy' è un libro basato direttamente sull'esame anche fotografico di tutte le prove e le trascrizioni delle testimonianze durante il processo penale a M. Kiki descrisse Jackson come un 'BAMBINONE', al quale piaceva salire sulle giostre e mangiare tanti dolci insieme ai bambini in visita a Neverland. Disse alla giuria che Michael AMAVA giocare con i bambini.
Lui sembrava GODERE DELLO SPIRITO DI Neverland. Quando Mesereau reintrodusse l'argomento dell'alcol, Kiki disse che in tutto il tempo in cui lei aveva lavorato là, DODICI ANNI, NON AVEVA MAI VISTO Michael Jackson somministrare ALCUN TIPO di bevanda alcolica ad un bambino. Quando le fu chiesto di nuovo, la governante in tutta onestà, NON POTE' dire di AVERE MAI VISTO i bambini Arvizo ubriachi a Neverland.

Kiki Fourner ( housekeepers who worked at Neverland from 1991 through 2003) from the stand made it clear that she wasn't happy being in the middle of these accusation, at the start of her testimony she told assitant DA Sneddon, Gordon Anchinloss, that she didn't want anything to do with the case. She told jurors that for the most part, Michael would give direct orders, and she was happy to serve him and said that she had never seen Michael fire staff.
Kiki spoke about the various functions that Michael held at Neverland; she often served and cleaned for weddings, birthday parties, and other special event. As the jury listened, they learned the superstar was quite generous with his home, allowing guests to walk freely through the main house to look at his artwork and antiques, allowing people open access to his private world. Even if the party was being held on another part of grounds, whenever a guest asked to see a tour of the main house, that request was granted. Kiki said she thought Michael was TOO GENEROUS AND TOO NICE to his visitors.
Kiki described Michael like a 'BIG KID' who liked to go on rides and eat lots of candy with the children who visited Neverland. She told the jury that Michael seemed to ENJOY PLAYING WITH KIDS, that HE seemed to ENJOY THE WHOLE SPIRIT OF NEVERLAND. When the subject of alcohol was reintroduced by Mesereau, Kiki said that IN ALL TIME she worked at the place, in a span of OVER TWELVE YEARS, SHE'D NEVER SEEN Michael Jackson HAND ANY TYPE OF ALCOHOLIC DRINK TO A CHILD. When pressed on the issue, the housekeeper honestly COULDN'T SAY that she'd seen the Arvizo kids intoxicated on the property.
