I servizi sociali che hanno condotto indagini sul suo conto dal 2000 al 2006 rivelarono non soltanto la sua completa innocenza ed estraneità alle accuse di cui tanto si parlò,ma anche la sua completa disponibilità a collaborare.
I documenti dell'Fbi emersi in questi giorni (Luglio 2012) avvalorano l'esito del processo conclusosi nel 2005,quando Michael Jackson fu scagionato dai dieci capi d'accusa.
I documenti dell'FBI fanno chiarezza sull'inconsistenza di tutte le prove portate e descrivono dettagliatamente i dialoghi telefonici che gli accusatori intrattenevano con gli amici.
La vera tragedia stava in un piano divertito per estorcere soldi ad una persona realmente innocente ed eccessivamente ingenua".

La gente lo ha accusato di voler diventare bianco, il che è
ridicolo, dice.
Quando l'ho incontrato per la prima volta, la sua vitiligine era arrivata sul lato destro del viso e sul collo.
La sua mano destra era bianca per la maggior parte.Chiazze bianche completamente.
Ha usato del trucco perchè doveva, senza, era a chiazze ovunque.
Nordahl non ha mai visto Jackson far uso di droghe, ma era pienamente consapevole dei problemi di dolori persistenti dopo che i capelli della star presero fuoco sul palco dello spot Pepsi.
Mentre cercavano di porre rimedio a quella parte ustionata, sotto il cuoio capelluto gli è stato gonfiato un palloncino, dice Nordahl.
Mi permise di palparlo. Era un ammasso enorme.
Mentre la pelle è stata distesa l'hanno tagliata e cucito il cuoio capelluto.
E' stato per lui un dolore atroce.

Nel novembre 2002, Michael si recò a Berlino per ricevere il Bambi Award. Io e la mia amica siamo andate al suo albergo, e nonostante il freddo gelido c'erano centinaia di appassionati provenienti da tutta Europa e oltreoceano che lo aspettavano. Ogni volta che guardava fuori dalla finestra, tutti urlavano si agitavano e mostravano i loro striscioni, erano felici, è stata una sensazione incredibile. Solo Michael poteva creare questa atmosfera che abbiamo sperimentato di fronte a allo splendido hotel Adlon vicino alla Porta di Brandeburgo.
Siamo andati al suo albergo la mattina presto il 21 novembre e solo aspettato e aspettato nel freddo inverno. Intorno a mezzogiorno, dopo che si è svegliato, Michael è venuto subito alla finestra per salutare e giocare con i fans, con ancora indosso i pantaloni del pigiama. Assolutamente non sentivamo di essere di fronte a una superstar distante. Scherzava, sorrideva molto, ed era molto molto alla mano.
Michael addirittura ci ha invitato a sedersi sul suo divano, ci ha chiesto di dire alcune parole circa i nostri banner che avevamo fatto per lui, gentilmente ha firmato degli autografi - in realtà la sua guardia del corpo ci ha detto che se volevamo ottenere qualcosa di firmato potevamo chiedere.
A Michael non importava se avevo portato diverse cose da firmare per i miei amici. Ci ha abbracciato ed è stato così aperto e fiducioso da farci vedere suo figlio Prince. Quando una amica, che stava ancora in piedi giù in strada visto che non era venuta con noi, mi ha chiamato al telefono, ho dato il mio telefono a Michael per farle una sorpresa. Lui ha preso il telefono e ha parlato con lei. Era semplicemente incredibile.
La "porta finestra" di un balcone alla francese è stata aperta nel suo soggiorno mentre eravamo lì e abbiamo potuto sentire i fans che cantavano "Sony fa schifo" (che Michael ha apprezzato e ripetuto) o semplicemente chiamandolo ad affacciarsi fuori dalla finestra. A un certo punto ha deciso di farlo e siamo andati con lui. Questo era vero divertimento!
Visto che eravamo abituati a cantare con gli altri fans giù per la strada, quando Michael si era affacciato durante il giorno precedente, non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di unirci a loro eccitazione, anche se ora eravamo proprio accanto a lui guardando fuori. Michael pensava che questo era davvero divertente e ha iniziato a ridere veramente forte - deve aver sperimentato ciò che stava accadendo in strada per essere proprio in mezzo a noi.
Io e la mia amica non dimenticheremo mai quei 20 minuti che abbiamo trascorso vicino a Michael e sono molto grata per l'amore e l'esperienza che ci ha regalato. FAN STORY
“In November 2002, Michael travelled to Berlin to receive the Bambi Award. Me and my friend went to his hotel, and despite of the freezing cold there were hundreds of fans from all over Europe and overseas waiting for him. Each time he looked out of his window, everyone was screaming and waving to him, showing their banners, just being happy, it was an incredible feeling. Only Michael could create this atmosphere that we have experienced in front of this beautiful hotel Adlon near the Brandenburger gate.
We went to his hotel early in the morning on the 21st of November and just waited and waited in the cold winter. Around noon, after he woke up, Michael immediately came to the window to greet and play with the fans, still wearing his pajama pants. We kept showing him our banners and he pointed at us. We saw him explaining something to his bodyguard who appeared at the entrance of the hotel a few minutes later and asked us to go inside. I was both, really excited and nervous at the same time, because I knew that something big was going to happen! Actually I never ever expected to meet Michael because I thought it was impossible. Fortunately I did not have much time to think about this as only a few minutes later we were already standing in front of Michael in his hotel room.
He welcomed us, and from the very first moment we realized how nice, straightforward, funny and sweet he was. He may have realized that this was our first time meeting him and so I think he made sure that we feel comfortable. We absolutely did not feel the fan-superstar distance. He joked, smiled a lot, and was very down to earth. Michael even invited us to sit down on his sofa, he asked us to say some words about our banners we had made for him, he kindly gave us autographs – actually his bodyguard told us that if we wanted to get something signed we could ask.
Michael did not mind that I had brought several things to get them signed for my friends. He hugged us and he even was so open and trusting to show us his son Prince. When a friend, who was still standing down on the street as she did not come up with us, called me on the phone, I gave Michael my phone to pick it up to surprise her. And he did and talked to her. He was simply amazing.
The “window door” to a French balcony was open in his living room while we were there and we could sometimes hear the fans chanting “Sony sucks” (which Michael joined in the room and repeated) or simply calling him to look out of the window. At one time he decided to do so and we went with him. That was real fun!
Because we were used to chanting with the other fans down on the street when Michael used to look out a lot during the previous day, we couldn’t help but join their excitement, although we now were right beside Michael looking out. Michael thought this was really funny and started to laugh really loud – he must have experienced what was going on down in the street by being right in the middle of us.
Me and my friend will never forget those 20 minutes we got to spend with Michael and are very thankful for the love and experience he gave to us.” FAN STORY

About 10 years ago I had the privilege of having dinner with The King of Pop Michael Jackson.The dinner took place at the home of our close friend’s Al and Nancy Malnik.Michael was such a sweet guy and for some reason fell in love with the Dolce and Gabbana pants I was wearing.
He asked me if he can try them on.Of course I was not going to deny The King of Pop, so I immediately went to the bathroom and exchanged pants. Michael was so happy and excited about the pants that he kept them! In the picture shown below, Michael is wearing my pants and I’m wearing his pants.

FAN STORY:
" Mi trovavo a NY per entrambi i concerti, eravamo troppo emozionati dopo il concerto del 10 settembre che non siamo nemmeno andati a dormire . Intorno alle 7:30 del 11 Settembre 2001 i miei amici ( fan di MJ da tutto il mondo ) ed io stavamo facendo colazione a Manhattan. Un'ora dopo, la follia era iniziata ... eravamo scioccati guardando il telegiornale e ascoltanto come gli aerei erano stati dirottati e in che modo sono state colpite le Torri Gemelle .
Ci precipitammo fuori e andavamo in giro cercando di capire cosa stava succedendo ( le Torri erano appena crollate ).. poi un pazzo ci ha detto ... ' Ehi, avete sentito ... MJ è morto, era vicino alla zona " ...
Aveva visto le nostre magliette con MJ e così ha saputo che eravamo fans. I nostri cuori si fermarono ... Sapevamo dove Michael soggiornava e così abbiamo iniziato a correre verso l'albergo. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo cominciato a chiamare Michael ... Lui rispose subito ... mandò giù due delle sue guardie del corpo. Ci dissero: Michael è in hotel e lui e la famiglia stanno bene e sono pronti a partire.
Ci chieserero come stavamo e anche che MJ stava malissimo per quello che era successo, soprattutto per i fans arrivati da tutto il mondo. Tornarono su, poi scesero di nuovo ... Questa volta per dirci che Michael era molto preoccupato e che dovevamo cercare di chiamare e di raggiungere quanti fan possibili e scoprire come stavano e se avevano bisogno di qualcosa .
Dopo un po' , Michael e i bambini erano giù pronti ad entrare in macchina e uscire di Manhattan. Ma prima Michael ci ha salutati e detto che ci voleva bene. Ci ha anche detto di aver lasciato alcune persone del suo staff per prendersi cura di noi. Michael aveva prenotato camere d'albergo in tutta NY per i fans e aveva pagato per alcuni dei voli di ritorno. Alcuni fan hanno soggiornato presso l'hotel dove Michael alloggiava e che era stato già pagato.
Non dimenticherò mai quel giorno, con i suoi figli in macchina ci guardava e continuava a dirci che non eravamo soli, che lui era con noi e ci ha chiesto di essere forti . Anche in quei momenti ci ha dimostrato tanto amore " .
FAN STORY: “I was in NY for both concerts, we were so hyper after the Sep 10th concert that we didn’t even go to sleep. Around 7:30 am of Sep 11th, 2001 my friends (MJ fans from around the world) and I were having a breakfast in Manhattan. An hour later the craziness had started… We were shocked as we were watching the news and hearing how the planes were hijacked and how the Twin Towers were hit.
We rushed out and as we were looking around trying to figure out what was happening (the Towers had just crashed) … then a crazy person told us… ‘hey, you heard… MJ had died, he was near the area” … He saw us with our MJ shirts so he knew we were fans. Our hearts stopped … We knew were Michael was staying so we just started to run toward the hotel. We got there and started to call Michael… he responded right away… he sent down two of his bodyguards. They told us Michael is in the hotel and he and the family are fine and they are getting ready to leave.
They asked us how we are doing and told us that MJ feels terrible for what had happened, especially for the fans that came from around the world. They went back up, then came down again… This time they told us that Michael is very concerned and that we should try to call and reach as many fans as we can and find out how are they doing and if they need anything.
After a while, Michael and the kids were down getting into their cars and heading out of Manhattan. Not before Michael said ‘Goodbye’ to us and wished us well. He said that he had left some of his people behind to take care of us . Michael had booked hotel rooms around NY for the fans and had paid for some of the flights back. Some fans even stayed at the hotel were Michael was staying since they were already paid for.
I will never forget that day, as he getting his kids into the car he looked at us and kept telling us that we are not alone, he’s with us and he asked us to be strong. Even in those moments he cared and showed us so much love.”

Milton ha partecipato a una festa, l'annuale 'Angel Ball' proposta da Denise Rich, filantropo, cantautore, che gli ha chiesto se poteva aiutare Michael a diventare un ambasciatore dell'ONU volontario di Goodwilll. Michael, amico di Denise, ha incontrato Milton alla festa.
Milton Ricorda : " Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo parlato, lui era un bellissimo uomo, al momento, ha pregato con me, abbiamo parlato . Ho detto: " vuoi fare questo lavoro per le Nazioni Unite?" Lui disse : " che cosa vuoi che io faccia? " Risposi : " Voglio che tu sia un ambasciatore di buona volontà e voglio che tu faccia alcune raccolte di fondi in Sud Africa e altrove, per raccogliere fondi per le persone affette da AIDS" . Brief ~ Milton attended a party, the yearly 'Angel Ball' given by Denise Rich, philanthropist, song writer, who asked him if he could help Michael become a voluntary UN Ambassador of Goodwilll. Michael, a friend of Denise, met Milton at the party.
Milton remembers ~ "We sat and we spoke, he was a beautiful man at the time, he prayed with me, we spoke I said, do you want to do this work for the UN?" "He said, "what do you want me to do?" I said I want you to be an Ambassador of goodwill and want you to do some fundraisers in South Africa and elsewhere to raise money for people with AIDS" He said he would be delighted to do that.
"Well everything was all set and there was a big dinner party with the head of the UN, people from UNAids and a lot of other people but somehow something happened, which I won't discuss it now but Michael suddenly did not show up and that is a story in its self"
"I think it was a great loss, because Michael wanted it. For him it was a great loss and to the UN and millions of very sick people throughout the world"
